Brunch at Cocotte

Updated: Dec 9, 2019

Hoxton Square in London is known for having a spread of fantastic eateries and Cocotte is no exception.

The French farm-to-table chicken rotisserie restaurant is focused on delivering a healthy offering. The menu is comprised of homemade style dishes all grown and sourced from real life farms! They've recently launched their brunch menu, so naturally, we dedicated a Saturday afternoon to finding out what's good at Cocotte.

The menu demonstrates careful consideration, the team have clearly tried to differentiate themselves from the generic brunches commonly found in the area. This brunch menu is eclectic, refined and dependent on really good produce. Truffled wild mushrooms & organic eggs come with Shitake, oyster mushrooms, truffle, Parmesan infused with rosemary for option one. This dish is a bowl of creamy autumn day comfort. Another option brings colourful peppers to the table in the form of a slow cooked Ratatouille & organic eggs again with rosemary infused Parmesan. A third option is your brunch classic smashed avocado on toast. Simple, classic and full of goodness. With Bloody Mary's and Matcha Latte's on the menu drinks are also handled with pristine care. It is also worth mentioning how gorgeous the interiors are marble and wood combined with a real life, actual Chicken rotisseries in plain view. We can't wait to go back!
