Cocktail Recipe: The Classic STK Martini

For those of you with plans to spend the your Autumn evenings entertaining guests indoors, you need a killer cocktail to up your party anti. STK have offered us their much loved and treasured Classic Martini recipe.

Ingredients:

50 ml Ketel One Vodka

10ml Monin Orange Sanguine 10ml Pink Grapefruit juice 10ml Passionfruit puree

2 large brown sugar cubes Dash lemon juice

Dash orange bitters

Glass: Chilled Coupe Ice: N/A

Garnish: 1 Edible flower

Method:

In a boston glass add the brown sugar cubes and soak with fresh lemon juice. Muddle this until the sugar has a smooth consistency with no granules. Add all the ingredients to the boston and shake over ice. Double strain into a pre-chilled martini glass and garnish.
