For the Margarita lovers in the room, you'll be familiar with the premium tequila of choice, Patrón. Made in Mexico and known for it's potency and rich flavour, the team behind the luxury beverage sparked a brilliant conversation around artistry by combining their meticulous approach to production with the East London creative scene. This celebration of creativity came to London on the 27th of July and was aptly named 'Art of Patron'. Bringing together the finest from the worlds of Art and Mixology, the evening consisted of live art, strong drinks and good vibes.
Held at Oval space in East London, we were invited to enjoy an immersive masterclass tasting the full Patrón range whilst learning about the stunning detail that goes into producing a bottle. Later, the evening developed into a stunning array of live art performances and displays inspired by the Patrón bottle, alongside four art inspired Patrón cocktails, each created by some of London’s best bartenders exclusively for the event. Our favourite was the fruity fun cocktail from the Sexy Fish bar.
Lauren Baker, the British contemporary multi-disciplinary artist, known for her unique neons and animal inspired sculptures, curated a team of highly-regarded London artists to celebrate Art of Patrón. Lauren’s theme was the ‘colour of energy’ where she illuminated the aura of Patrón's craftsmanship through a medium of different artworks. We were also thrilled to see long time favourite Mikey Brain delivering live art in front of his very own beautiful display. Overall this was a sensational evening filled with the wonder and magic of beautiful artistry and creative cocktails.
