Functionality

The bedrock of the Functionality trend is sustainability and functionality for this purpose is developing into a major theme. Perhaps this is due to the fact that the creative sectors, heavily disrupted by the onslaught of digital have re-discovered value in the idea of longevity, lasting interaction and the indelibility of true craftsmanship. The Design sector’s most fundamental intent has always been to improve the lives of humanity, and so functionality is not a brand new concept in this area, we are however witnessing this conversation become more relevant amongst the other creative sectors.
