Modulo by Nylon Sky

Nylon Sky is a UK based independent jewellery brand known for their statement pieces based on graphic forms and geometric design. Their new collection which debuted at Design Junction 2015 in London, is entitled Modulo and places emphasis on modular forms and fixed shapes. Geometry is a consistent theme throughout Nylon Sky's pieces and this collection is the perfect embodiement of the geometrism trend. The Geometrism trend also known as The Grid trend (as revealed at the Dulux colour trend talk during Design week 2015) is a trend that looks at grids, geomtric shapes and sees these elements being integrated into creative areas such as interiors, accessories and fashion design. Modulo is inspired by Ettore Sottsass abd the founding members of the Memphis Milano group.
