With so much heat coming from the Resort 2016 collections, it has been super tough to narrow down the collections to just 5 hot looks. Here we have curated the looks we think are the most significant and influential so far.
1.) ACNE:
Very much in line with our 'Otherness' trend story the third look from the ACNE 2016 Resort collection is a beautiful mass of prints and texture. The entire collection is very sculptural but this particualr look is vivid and garish whilst still maintaining an effortlessness. I particualrly love the re-attached skirting and the neutral to bright colour choices.

2.) Roksanda
The chunky fabric, oversized silhouette and bright clashing colours make this look just a ittle bit too much and that is what makes it so visually interesting!

3.) Samuji
As minimalism progresses we start to discover gems like this one. A clean almost cocoon silhouette, set off with a playful bell styled frill cuff that is fun and unassuming. It is still minimalist but with flare, a very good example of how trends and visual movements are merging to crate interesting style hybrids.

4.) Markus Lupfer
We are a sucker for a bomber and this look had us from the get go! Cool Chic is the only way to describe what is happening over at Markus Lupfer for Resort 2016. The sheer blouse combined with boyish cocoon shaped bomber is a gorgeous balance between efeminite sexiness and glamourous casual wear.

5.) Stella McCartney
We love a geometrically challenging silhouette and here we have it. Despite the extraordinary and modern shape this look still manages to appear classic and sleek. The entire collection plays with our undertsanding and belief about shape and form when it comes to women's clothing.
